When individuals, legal persons, or other organizations, during the process
of trademark management, desagree with the decisions made by a
specific administrative act, they can file a law suit to the People’s court according to the Trademark Law and the Administrative Litigation Law. The People’s court shall subsequently, with the participation of both parties and other interested parties, accept, trial, sentence, and execute the decision. The trademark administrative litigation is a
legal action to settle a trademark administrative dispute through
judiciary procedure.
