A submission for Software Copyright Registration shall be completed  according to the requirements of the Software Copyright Registration application form:

* Personal Identification of the applicant (copy with a seal of the Enterprise Business Certificate)

* Software source code

* Software documentation (such as: user manual, operation manual, design brochures,instructions, etc.)
