When entrusting CN-KnowHow for the re-examination of a patent application, our clients are required to complete the following procedures:  

(1) Sign the appointing contract;
(2) Complete a Power Of Attorney for the re-examination procedure and the client's instructions form;
(3)  Make payment of the official and service fees (if CN-KnowHow is  requested to pay the official fees on behalf of its client);
(4)  Provide CN-KnowHow with the original application document of the  rejected application and the Office Action (OA) text & the OA  response text during the examination procedure, in addition to the  notification of refusing the application. If  the application of rejected  patent  was handled by CN-KnowHow, obviously the client does not need to provide the documents as mentioned in the present section.
