When our company is commissioned for a patent invalidation procedure, the applicant needs to do the following in order:

1.      Signed the appointing contract
2.      Fill out the‘POA for Patent Invalidation Procedures’and‘the Letter of Instruction’
3.      Pay the patent agency fee and official fees ( the official fees can be paid by the agency on behalf of the applicant)
4.      If  the client wishes to file a request for patent invalidation, please  provide us with the patent number of targeted patents; If the client is  the patentee of the targeted patent, please also provide us with the  Notification of the Patent Invalidation Request rendered by the Patent  Office.
