Pursuant  to the Trademark Law and its implementing rules, after the Trademark  Office have reviewed the trademark registration application, a  preliminary approval decision will be announced on the “Trademark  Gazette”. Within three months from the announcement, any person may  challenge a preliminary approved trademark. When an opposition is  formed, the Trademark Office will make a decision to grant and register  or not the trademark, and a written notice will be given to the  interested parties.
