Introduction of Trademark Administrative Proceedings

When individuals, legal persons, or other organizations, during the process  of trademark management, desagree with the decisions made by a specific administrative act, they can file a law suit to the People’s court according to the Trademark Law and the Administrative Litigation Law. The People’s court shall subsequently, with the participation of both parties and other interested parties, accept, trial, sentence, and execute the decision. The trademark administrative litigation is a legal  action to settle a trademark administrative dispute through judiciary  procedure.
