On July 21, 2006, president Xie Shunxing of CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agent Limited, was appointed as deputy director of IP Committee for enterprises added to All-China Patent Agent Association.

As expert of the State IPRs Strategic Team and at the Committee of Industrial IPRs Protection, deputy director of the Enterprise Intellectual Property Committee of All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA), also deputy director-general at Beijing Society of Agronomy (BSA), as well as one of the members of Standing director at Chamber of Agriculture All-China Federation of Industry Commerce and director at All-China Patent Agents Association (ACPAA), Mr. Xie Shunxing, with 10-year extensive experiences in State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), including being an examiner and deputy-director at the Department of Biochemistry and Department Food Engineering respectively. He had trained many junior examiners for SIPO, and assisted patent attorneys to solve difficult issues for several times. Thereafter, Mr. Xie has been a senior adviser at several enterprises and an assistant to the president of a multinational company. Hereby, he is quite familiar with IP management in the modern enterprises. Furthermore, he had taken charge of many items of science subject related-researches, namely,2004 Haidian District Research for IP Protection for Haidian District Committee of Science, Strategic Research for Tongzhou District Agricultural Brands and Evaluation System Research for IP of Enterprises for Beijing IP Office, Strategic Research for Beijing Agricultural IP for Beijing Committee Science, Strategic Research for Sanyuan Group for Sanyuan.

Besides Mr. Xie, the other appointed were Mr. Guo Xiaodong deputy commissioner of SIPO, Director Zhang Changxing former Collaboration Center for Examining of SIPO. The former Mr. Guo, participating in drawing up and setting downing Patent Law and General Provision of PRC., Guide to the Patent Examination and Guide to Complements for Patent Office of PRC., is of great eminence in the IP field with prolific experience in the respects of the patent law and patent-related management. While the latter Mr. Zhang Changxing, having worked for Examination Section of Mechanism Invention under SIPO as a chief, and for Patent Reexamination Board as deputy director, made a lot of efforts for establishing and developing law system of china patent-examining institution, patent creexamining institution together with correspondent IP litigation in light of his 3-time visit to Europe Patent Office and Europe Patent Court successively for IP Law training.
